Business projects must be well-managed to ensure their success. An Associate Project Manager helps achieve this by understanding what needs to be done, how it will be done, how long it will take to do it and what it will cost. They work closely with a motivated and integrated team and use their knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively meet the required project outcomes.
